wreslingod Question : VitalChek Bullcrap! Need help to get the birth certificate (Read the full story PLEASE )!!?
My mother lost my birth certificate when I was in high school. So I ordered my birth certificate last year (January 2010) via VitalCheck (due to the fact that I was born in another state) online with a credit card. If everyone remembers that the winter had a lot of climate change big time when I called 2 check on the status of my order, I was told to give it some time. 3 months passed since the order and they told me to contact the hospital ASAP & gave me the number. I called and they told me to contact them again VitalCheck & who kept going a bit with the whole “you should have achieved to date” crap. 6 months since I ordered it tells the hospital and finally I come to look for myself personally to show identification I have no reason not to have a birth certificate! I was moving and all the problems so now I have time to go and money. I contacted the hospital to let them know that I would go to the end of this month, two weeks ago. I got a call last week because he allegedly useless to go. The guy I spoke said that the hospital has never had this kind due to the fact that there was a lack of identity and that I was supposed to fax something (which I have never been told to do). He also said I should have received a refund. So I called Vital Check with little patience I had left and the lady I spoke to said that there was no such thing as denying a person their identity. She said that the order should have been paid long ago, because even his boss sent to the hospital with details of what happened three months after ordering. She put in a complaint and said she had recalled. So today, four days later, I remember the trip to get it is supposed to be next week and I wanted to make sure it was not going to be a trip for nothing. I called VitalCheck & asked why I have not had a booster and she said, they expect a response from the hospital if the hospital does not respond, so I’ll get my refund. I have to wait 7 days! I DO NOT WANT A REFUND !!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST WANT my birth certificate to live my life !!!!!!!!! What do I do?!? Do I do?!? Best answer:

Vitalcheck.com seems to be a private company from a state agency. I would never use such a company. Go to the state agency vital records where you were born and you should have it in one week.
